- Description:
- The objective of this contract is to modernize the climate management and irrigation system of the Horticultural Center site in the city of Grenoble. It aims to: - Replace the current regulation system which has become obsolete, - Integrate automatic management from irrigation to climate regulation system - Optimize climate regulation (openings, heating, screens), - Promote energy savings in an environmental approach. The new system must also allow for future development (connecting tunnels, adding functionalities, replacing existing components, such as greenhouse and twin-tunnel screens for example). In particular, services are expected from: - removal of the old system (excluding heating, motors, cables power), in coordination with the Energy Transition Service, - supply and installation of the materials necessary for all the developments, - supply, installation and configuration of the new control system, - training of agents on the tool supervision, - maintenance (excluding heating), - management of software updates, and usage assistance.
