Description:
The consultation relates to the supply of cleaning products and small maintenance equipment for the services and holiday centers of the city of Puteaux.
Deliveries may take place in the territory of the city of Puteaux or in its holiday centers - La Clusaz (74) and Ploemeur (56).
Lot 1: Supply of cleaning products
Market services are processed at unit prices.
Given the uncertain number of products and small equipment to be ordered, this lot is a mono-attribute framework agreement, which runs for order orders, within the meaning of articles R2162-4 2 , R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the public procurement code. The order thresholds to intervene are as follows:
Lot 1: Supply of cleaning products:
- without an annual minimum amount;
- maximum annual amount: 500,000.00 euros H.T
The maximum amount indicated above does not correspond to the estimated orders provided for by the contracting authority.
Estimated, the contracting authority could order up to 260,000.00 euros H.T. of services per year for lot 1. This amount is in no way contractual and could be evolving.
Lot 2: Supply of small maintenance equipment
THE market services are processed at unit prices.
