Description:
This is a market passed according to the technique of purchasing the mixed framework agreement (in order form and in subsequent markets) with minimum and maximum in application of articles R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-14 of the public procurement code of April 1, 2019.
For the initial period, it will be executed viaOrder orders directly sent to the holders who arrived in first position during the analysis of the initial framework agreement.
For any renewal periods, it will be executed via purchase orders issued to holders of each subsequent market. It is a multi-attribute framework agreementConcluded with several holders (4) for each batch (subject to a sufficient number of offers).
If however the Communal Center for Social Action (CCAS) of the City of Istres receives a single offer and that the latter is in accordance with, the CCAS will not be able to performcompetition. Consequently, the chosen candidate will then be the holder of the framework agreement.
Subsequent markets from this agreement will be awarded under the conditions defined to the C.C.A.P
