- The services covered by this contract are as follows: supply and delivery of polymer and iron salt for the needs of sanitation authority equipment (purification plants and, more rarely, lifting stations).
In accordance with article L2113-10 of the Order Code public, this consultation is allocated as follows:
-Lot n1: Supply and delivery of acid, soda, sodium hypochlorite and regenerating salt or other various products (M2023-067),
-Lot n2: Supply of iron salt,
-Lot No. 3: Supply of polymer;
-Lot n4: Supply and delivery of activated carbons (M2023-048).
This consultation only concerns lots no. 2 and 3. As for lots no. 1 and 4, they are still valid.
In accordance with the provisions of articles L2125-1.1, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 and R. 2162-13 to R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code, each lot will result in the conclusion of a single-award framework agreement with purchase orders.
The holder of the framework agreement will be consulted, whenever a need arises, through the issuance of purchase orders, in accordance with the provisions of articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Code of Public Order.
In application of article R.2162-4-2 of the Public Order Code, the framework agreement will be concluded with a maximum amount of:
-Lot n2: €250,000 excluding tax annually;
-Lot n3: €360,000 excluding tax annually.
