Description:
The purpose of this consultation has the provision of catering/caterer services for the needs of the Val d'Oise department (2 lots). It is carried out in the form of an open suitable procedure market (article R2123-1 3 -Social services and other specific services - public). This market is concluded for a period of one year from its notification, renewable 3 times tacitly annually, without its total duration exceeding four years. The market is made up of 3 technical lots, (this consultation only concerns the revival of lots n 1 and n 3): Relaunch of lot n 1: Realization of catering catering services for the needs of the Val d'Oise department - annual minimum amount of 30,000 euros HT and with a maximum annual amount of 200,000 Euro (s) HT, Relance of lot n 3: Realization of high catering services of range and prestige for the needs of the Val d'Oise department - an annual minimum amount of 5,000 euros HT and with a maximum annual amount of 50,000 Euro (s) HT. Negotiations will be engaged with all candidates in the classification resulting from the analysis and having submitted an offer neither inappropriate or abnormally low. The candidates will be notified in writing. However, the buyer may grant the contract on the basis of initial offers without negotiation
