Description:
The purpose of this market is to operate SaaS mode of the accommodated call center platform necessary for internal customer service of the National Directorate of Information Systems (DNSI) in charge of customer relations vis-a-vis people working within the room of roomsagriculture. Chambers of Agriculture France expects from the holder, in addition to the services specific to a call center, that he: - provides a SaaS service based on a platform of a call center hosted in his own data centers or at a publisher of which he is a partner. - Provide softphonesagents. - Ensures the collection of incoming traffic and, if the contracting authority makes the choice, the routing of outgoing traffic to the fixed numbers and/ormobiles.
