Description:
The purpose of these contracts is to supply books for the City and the Caisse des Ecoles of Levallois.
They are organized by the town of Levallois, coordinator of the command group formed with the Caisse des Ecoles de Levallois.
These contracts are subject to the Order Code Public. This document is referred to as the Code throughout the consultation documents.
Qualified as supply contracts, they are subject to the provisions of the CCAG Current Supplies and Services approved by Order of March 30, 2021.
They are passed according to the appeal procedure open tenders, subject to the provisions of articles L.2124-2, R.2124-2 and R.2161-1 to R.2161-5 of the Code.
They constitute framework agreements with purchase orders subject to the provisions of articles L.2125-1 and R.2162-1 to R.2162-6 of the Code.
Each of the contracts will be awarded to a single holder for a maximum duration of three years, renewals included. As this is an open procedure, the maximum number of participants is not limited.
The maximum value of the contracts is set at 810,000 euro(s) excluding VAT over the total duration of the contracts, renewals included, with no minimum amount.
