- This consultation relates to the supply of biodegradable paper bags for the door collection at the door of plant waste from the maintenance activities of the household houses of the municipalities of Orleans Métropole. It will give rise to a mono-attribute framework agreement with an order form concluded at a unit price applied to the quantities actually executed without a minimum amount and with a maximum amount of 47,000 euros (s) excluding tax per year. The market will be not allotted and renewable 3 times maximum, tacitly, for a period of 1 year, a maximum duration of four years
