- Single lot - Supply of batteries for buses, heavy goods vehicles and light vehicles for RATP CAP IDF subsidiaries This contract notice, launched under a negotiated procedure by Ratp Expertises in the name and on behalf of RATP CAP IDF, aims to establish a framework agreement for the supply of batteries for buses, heavy goods vehicles and light vehicles for the subsidiaries of RATP CAP Ile de France. The contract takes the form of a framework agreement with purchase orders concluded for a firm period from its signature date. until December 31, 2027. The framework agreement is tacitly renewed, for periods of 12 months, from January 1, 2028, up to a maximum of three renewals. The renewal is tacit, unless a contrary decision is notified to the Holder at most late on November 30 each year. The final deadline for the framework agreement may under no circumstances exceed December 31, 2030. The framework agreement is concluded without a minimum amount and with a maximum amount for the needs of the subsidiaries of RATP Cap Île-de-France. THE Battery references are detailed in the Estimated Quantitative Detail (DQE) - exhibit 1 of the CCAP. Their technical characteristics are described in part 3 “Technical characteristics”.
