Description:
The purpose of the consultation is the supply and soundtrack service, lighting and video as part of the municipal events of Petite-Ile.
For each batch, this is a framework agreement with order orders with a single economic operator in accordance with articles L2125-1 1 and R2162-1 and following of the public procurement code. The framework agreement will be executed as the order form is issued under the conditions set out in articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public procurement code.
Duration of the framework agreement: for each batch, the framework agreement is concluded for a Firm duration going from January 1, 2026, or from its date of notification if it is subsequent, as of December 31, 2026. The framework agreement is tacitly renewable for a period of one year, a maximum duration of up to 12/31/2029
Sound services and lighting for municipal demonstrations
The framework agreement will be concluded on the basis of the maximum annual amount of 180,000.00 euros HT
Video capture services with retransmission of municipal events
The framework agreement will be concluded on the basis of the maximum annual amount of 15,000.00 euros (s) Ht
