- The passing procedure used is the open tender, subject to the provisions of articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1 and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the public procurement code.
The services are divided into 11 lots.
Each framework agreement from each lot is a multi-attachment agreement.With subsequent markets (10 maximum attributors subject to a sufficient number of offers), concluded for an initial period of 3 years from its date of notification, renewable once tacitly for a period of one year (i.e. 4 years maximum).
Each framework agreement is concluded without minimum andWith a maximum in quantities (MWH) per period. The estimated value in Euro (s) HT for all lots is provided for a purely indicative basis. The services are paid by unit prices, appearing in the BPU of each subsequent market
