- This consultation concerns the supply of subscriptions, title by title, to electronic and printed periodicals, with or without associated electronic services, but also the supply of isolated issues, in particular for restocking purposes.
University libraries as well as all components of Universite Cote d'Azur are likely to acquire subscriptions to newspapers and magazines also the places of execution concern all Universite Cote d'Azur sites.
Excluded from this contract:
- bouquets or portfolios of newspapers and electronic magazines
- periodicals which are the subject of an ordering group carried out by an establishment and of which Universite Cote d'Azur is a member
- journals of universities, associations or learned societies of which the University is a member (payment of a membership fee)
- the antique shop
- any publication in series subject to distribution exclusivity or not covered by the traditional distribution circuit
