Description:
The primary objective of this market is to provide a Tetra robust and reliable radio communication solution, as well as to ensure its maintenance. The market in its flat -rate part has a firm tranche and 4 optional slices which are described in the consultation documents. The start date of the services is registered as an indication in this notice. The market is mixed, it has passed in part with a lump sum price (indicated in the decomposition of the overall and flat -rate price) and partly to orders with minimum and maximum amounts in application of article R. 2162-4 of the public procurement code. For this last part, it will give rise to the emission of purchase orders within the limit of the minimum and maximum amounts set as follows for a period of 48 months: the minimum amount of the frame in framework is set at 60,000.00 euros (s) Ht. The maximum amount of the framework agreement is set at 240,000.00 euros (s) excl. The minimum and maximum amounts agree for the entire duration of walk
