- This CCTP concerns the supply and maintenance of software dedicated to the missions of the Preventive Medicine center of the Landes Territorial Public Service Management Center (CDG 40) according to the functional expectations and technical conditions described in this document. CDG 40 currently uses MEDTRA software from Axess Solution Sante. implementation of a new medical records management system. -a intuitive web interface - adapted to current browsers and computer systems and which is scalable - adapted to current regulations - easy to use and customizable - multidisciplinary (medicine, prevention, psychologists, ergonomists, social workers, SIMEPH, etc.) for good circulation of information - an interface dedicated to communities (updating data, scheduling visits, link with professionals from the preventive medicine center) - with possible links with other management tools (HR, finances in particular). software, its implementation, agent training, data hosting and annual maintenance. necessarily take over the data from the old solution.
