This consultation concerns the supply and maintenance of an optical spectrometer with inductive coupling plasma - Optical ICP for the Laboratory of Sanitary and Ecological Watches (VSE) of the MEL. The services and supplies give rise to a composite market at mixed prices including:A part at flat prices: supply, installation, commissioning of the equipment, initial training, technical guarantee of the equipment provided as well as the 3 years of preventive, curative and parts out of technical warranty; A part at unit prices (with order pleasures):Supply of consumables. The part of the market at unit prices is a framework agreement for order orders. He will be concluded with 1 holder. For the part at unit prices (purchase orders), the minimum amount over 4 years is: 10,000 euros excluding tax and the maximum amount over 4 years is: 40,000 eurosHt. Only the following services are likely to be subcontracted: delivery; Secretariat and administrative market management.
