Description:
In order to improve the management of its human resources and optimize the quality of service, the SPL OPE wishes to set up a human resources information system (SIRH). The main objective is to improve the quality of the service while reducing errors, by simplifying HR management, optimizing internal processes and ensuring better planning of teams. A more effective management of human resources is essential to support the mission of animation of schools. The implementation of SIRH aims to: -Digitalize and automate HR processes, in particular staff administration, payroll, recruitment, training and planning of activities. Centralize HR data management, for simplified access and use. reactive.-Fluidify the transmission of data within the HR service, for collaborative and effective management of information.-Reduction the time spent on low added value tasks, allowing teams to focus on strategic missions.
