The framework agreement is composite: - It includes a simple market at a lump sum price corresponding to the supply services, the transport and delivery of a surface area with battery, commissioning and training of staff. - It includes a framework order for order form on the price baseUniters for provision of spare parts, annual maintenance, out -of -warranty repairs, by applying prices defined in the unit price slip annexed to the act of engagement. The maximum amount of orders by application of prices defined in the slipUnit prices and in the catalog is € 40,000 HT in application of 2 of article R2162-4 of the public procurement code. This framework agreement takes effect from its notification date for a firm period of 2 years. The execution deadlines associated with the provision of services orOn delivery of supplies are as follows:  14 weeks from market notification
