- The purpose of this market is the delivery and commissioning of a new electric ice surface with autopilot for the 3 Seine of Troyes Champagne Metropole including:
-Des equipment and a set of accessory;
-A after-sales service as well as a parts warranty andworkforce ;
-A maintenance contract lasting 2 years from the admission of the equipment.
In accordance with article L2113-10 of the public procurement code, this consultation is allotted as follows:
Lot n 1: Supply and maintenance during the warranty of the machine(apart from spare parts).
Lot n 2: Maintenance at the end of the warranty period.
This consultation only concerns lot n 1. Lot No. 2 will be subject to a later consultation.
This public supply market will be concluded in the form of an ordinary market and will be treated at a global priceand lump sum in accordance with article D1 of the AE.
The validity duration of this market is 2 years and 6 months from its notification date.
Execution times are fixed in article E2 of the AE.
A visit to the premises is optional (see article 3-4 of the RC)
