Framework agreement for order pleasures, mono attribute, passed in procedure adapted in application of the provisions of articles R. 2123-1, R. 2131-12 2 , R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public procurement code, without indication of minimum amount and within the limit of an amount maximum of 220,000 euros HT (all services combined). The framework agreement is composite because it provides part of the services at flat prices and part of the services at unit prices. The consultation thus relates to a single market broken down into 3 typologies of defined services As follows: 1. Service 1: Supply and integration of software 2.
