Description:
In accordance with articles L2113-6 to 8 of the public procurement code, the Department of Yvelines, the Department of Hauts-de-Seine and the open mixed union Seine Yvelines Voirie have constituted, by agreement dated February 5, 2021, a group of orders for the supply and installation of vertical signage on departmental roads in the departments of Yvelines and Hauts-de-Seine. The Hauts-de-Seine Department coordinates this grouping from the consultation phase until notification of the framework agreement. Each member of the group is responsible acts related to its execution. The services provided by the Hauts-de-Seine department correspond to new operations or renovation or requalification operations carried out by the department carried out on departmental roads. Services provided by the department of Yvelines correspond to new operations or renovation or requalification operations carried out by the department carried out on departmental roads. The services provided by Seine Yvelines Voirie correspond to maintenance operations carried out as part of campaigns annual delegated to the Seine Yvelines Roads SMO carried out on departmental roads and roads managed by the member communities of Seine Yvelines Roads
