Description:
This is a framework agreement with purchase orders concluded from 01/01/2026 until 12/31/2025, subject to notification of the contract on this date, and tacitly renewable 3 times for periods of one year, within the limit of 4 years in total. Failing this, it will be concluded from its notification until 12/31/26. This framework agreement is made up of 2 lots, each subject to a separate allocation. The services are regulated by unit prices within the following limits: - Lot 01 - Supply and/or installation of police and directional signage: 100,000 euros excluding VAT minimum for one year, i.e. 400,000 euros excluding tax minimum for the entire contract and 1,000,000 euros excluding tax maximum for one year, or 4,000,000 euros excluding tax for 4 years. - Lot 02 - Supply of temporary vertical signage: 20,000 euros excluding VAT minimum for one year, i.e. 80,000 euros excluding VAT minimum for the entire contract and 600 000 euros excluding tax for one year, or 2,400,000 euros excluding tax for 4 years. For lot 01, in accordance with article L 2112-2 of the public procurement code, this contract includes a mandatory clause d'insertion
