• Description:
• The services concern the supply and installation of tires, accessories and ancillary services for heavy goods vehicles, agricultural equipment and public works machinery. The non-exhaustive inventory of materials for which the Department is responsible is attached to the consultation file. The nature of the expected services appears in Article IV.1 of this CCP. For maintenance or repair services which are to be carried out in the holder's workshop, his workshop must be located at a maximum distance of 100 km from our workshops in La Garde OR Draguignan. Variants: This consultation is open to a variation. This consists solely of exempting the candidate from the domiciliation clause of the service provider's repair workshops within a radius of 100 km. maximum from our workshops in La Garde or Draguignan. See article III.2.1 of the Consultation Regulations (RC). The framework agreement is entered into for a period of one year from 08/03/2026, or from its notification date if this is later.
