- the Rouen Normandie Metropolis wishes to have secure bicycle parks in which users will be able to access a single secure and individualized bicycle parking space, by subscription or by hourly ticket. The expected material must be qualitative and aesthetic in order to satisfylandscape integration and thus meet the requirements of the architects of the buildings of France (Abf). However, the energy self-sufficient bicycle fleet will have toalso offer the possibility of electrical connection to the low voltage or high voltage Enedis network. - Deliver and install the parking solution at the identified locations - Operate interoperability with the access management system used for the Lovelo parking service
