Description:
The City of Versailles has 16,000 young people aged 16 to 24, to which many students and not Versaillais students are added to colleges, high schools and higher education establishments in the territory. She wishes to intensify her action for the benefit of college students and High school students, via the creation of an exclusively dedicated space (Maison des Jeunes), physically embodying its youth policy, and which will constitute a new service. The market relates to the installation of a permanent modular room (built out of site), in place of the current hangar located 11 rue de Plix (old office of office activity to demolish beforehand). The Maison des Jeunes will consist of a multi-sport room, a multi-activity room with kitchen area, offices, sanitary facilities, a storage reserves, a technical room. Market start from its notification (scheduled for early December 2025). Taking possession of the building: no later than late August 2026
