- The following services are requested:
- Supply and installation of wall coverings and painting according to the atmosphere notebook in the appendix;
- Supply and laying of arrangements according to the atmosphere notebook in the appendix;
- Supply, delivery and implementation of all products requested in the present Synthetic functional program;
- Information about good practices for using the furniture ordered;
- Design, supply and installation of signage elements adapted to the project and in harmony with the atmosphere notebook in the appendix.
The needs of the contracting authority, the objectives requirements of the future market, as well as a summary of the expected services are detailed in a functional program attached to this consultation file.
This consultation is a competitive dialogue procedure, as provided for by the provisions of articles R. 2161-24 to 31 of the Public Order Code
The use of the competitive dialogue procedure is justified by the innovative nature of the project which consists in a new organizational method in the practices and the organization of the workplace
