- This consultation aims to ensure the renewal of fences, barriers and gates on industrial, administrative sites and metropolitan plots. Consultation launched by a group of orders made up of Tours Métropole Val de Loire (TMVL) and the city of Tours. Tours Métropole Val de Loire is the coordinator of the group. The framework agreement is mixed. It will be executed by issuing purchase orders for the services listed in the BPU and by subsequent contracts (taking the form of a purchase order) for services and equipment not referenced in the BPU according to the conditions described in the contract. The consultation results in the allocation of three geographical lots. Each lot will be awarded separately. The amounts maximums, broken down between batches and different periods, are determined at the time of commitment. The amounts indicated in this notice correspond to the maximum amounts, all renewals included. Services are regulated by prices unitary. The estimated amounts are indicative and include options (similar services and renewals). The start date indicated in this notice is provided for information purposes only. The duration of the framework agreement begins from its notification to the holder
