Description:
The consultation will give rise to the conclusion of a mono-attribute framework agreement, executed by the emission of purchase orders in application of articles R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the public procurement code. Unit prices are provided for the services described at the CCTP and provided for the slipunit prices (BPU). These services will be performed by the emission of orders. Pursuant to article R2162-4-2 , the framework agreement is concluded without a minimum and with maximum on the total duration, renewed renewals, thus fixed: mini amount without maximum amount 750,000.00The maximum framework amounts of the framework agreement correspond to a maximum of expenses. It should be noted that the market holder will not be able to raise any complaint if they are not affected. The contracting authority is not required to guarantee from the start a minimum of expenses to the operators selected andcan thus make repetitive purchases within the limit of the above amounts indicated. The estimated quantities indicated in the DQE serve as the basis for the analysis of the offers. They are therefore not contractual.
