Description:
The framework agreement is "composite". It includes an "ordinary market" part and a "purchase order framework agreement" part.
Each lot will be awarded separately.
The SPL ALTTA integrates 3 entities on June 1, 2026, namely the STGM, the Tignes slopes authority and the SFTLD. In this context, it must implement a suite of IT applications such as a management software package to:
- complete management of purchasing and supplies;
- Logistics inventory management.
The project integrates interfaces with business applications and recovery data.
Implementation is required using agile methodology: iterative, incremental, based on efforts and business value, with periodic demonstrations
