Description:
The town hall of Verlhac-Tescou has constituted a group of orders whose purpose is the placing and signing of the supply contracts and the delivery on their behalf and that of members to the group made up of legal persons of public law and private law having public utilityand/or missions of general interest.
This group of orders was formulated by the conclusion of a constitutive act between the members of the group. The list of these members is brought to annex 1 of the act of engagement of this framework agreement.Order vouchers' framework agreement relating to the routing and the supply of wood fuel supplying the delivery points of the members without minimum and with a maximum of 450,000 euros (s) excl.has made up a group of orders whose purpose is the placing and signing of the supply contracts and delivery on their behalf and that of members to the group made up of legal persons of public law and private law having public utility and/or interest missionsGeneral.
