Description:
The purpose of this consultation aims to the passage of framework agreements with order orders relating to the supply and delivery of tools and materials for the city of Malakoff.
This market is subject to the provisions of the public procurement code. Qualified as a supply market, it isSubject to the provisions of the CCAG "Current supplies and services" approved by a decree of March 30, 2021.
The passing procedure used is that of the open tender. It is subject to the provisions of articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1 and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the code of the codepublic. This is a framework agreement without a minimum and with maximum in application of articles L2125-1 1 , R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public procurement code. It will give rise to the emission of purchase orders. Each framework agreement will be awarded to a single operatoreconomic.
The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of 1 year. It will take effect from its date of notification.
The market may be tacitly renewed until its end. The number of renewal periods is set at 3. The duration of each renewal period is 1 year. ThereMaximum duration of the contract, all periods combined, is 4 years
