The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period from 01/01/2026 or its date of notification if it is later, until 12/31/2027.
It is concluded without minimum amount and with the following maximum amounts:
- for the Initial period: 105,000 Euro (s) H.T.
- For each renewal period: 52,500 euros HT
The market is reserved for adapted companies mentioned in article L. 5213-13 of the Labor Code, for establishments and services of aid by the work mentioned in article L. 344-2 of the code of social action and families or equivalent structures
