Description:
The purpose of this market is the supply and delivery of foundants for maintenance and intervention centers (CEI) and support points (PA) of the Interdepartmental Directorate of Roads is (Dir Est), in charge of winter viability on the national road network made available from the Grand Est region.
The places of execution of supplies of supplies are the following establishments of the DIR is benefiting from a salt storage infrastructure and/or production of brine, or stock on a deposit located in the action area of the CEI or PA:
