This framework agreement concerns the supply and delivery of raw foodstuffs or finished products intended to be prepared and/or served on site, the working day following their reception, in the multi-receptions of the city, for children from 3 months to 3 years (cf. CCTP): The multi-receptions of the city of Charenton-le-Pont, which are as follows: Multi-reception Victor Basch, 9bis Rue Victor Basch Multi-Accueil Bordeaux, 39 rue des Bordeaux Multi-Accueil Simone Dorlanne, 7 avenue du General de Gaulle Multi-Cecueil Petit Chateau, 87 rue du Petit Chateau for criteriaattribution: cf. consultation regulations. The framework agreement is tacitly renewed until its end. The number of renewal periods is set at 3. The duration of each renewal period is 12 months. The maximum duration of the contract, all periods combined, is 48 months. For theInitial period (12 months), the amounts of each batch amount to: minimum excl. HT: 10,000.00 euros; Maximum HT: 50,000.00 euros. These amounts will be identical for each renewal period. Deposit and guarantees required: no financial guarantee clause provided. SERVIED PROCESby unit prices. Price revisable on the anniversary date of the framework agreement. Global payment period for 30 -day services. Procedures for financing services: City's own resources.
