The purpose of this consultation is: The purpose of this consultation is the acquisition and supply of personalized support vouchers (CAP) and gift vouchers. The CAPs are intended to support beneficiaries within the framework of social assistance schemes of the Municipal Center of Social Action of the City of Asnieres-sur-Seine. The CAP will be used in accordance with current regulations to enable the purchase of basic necessities (food and hygiene), to the exclusion of any products such as tobacco, alcohol or games. Gift vouchers, multi-brands, are aimed at young graduates living in the town of Asnieres-sur-Seine. These checks must allow purchase in any department. They constitute financial aid allowing the winners to acquire the equipment necessary to pursue their studies in higher education. In addition, the city is likely to use a certain number of these gift vouchers as part of events rewarding Asnierois. In a command group with the Municipal Social Action Center of the city of Asnieres-sur-Seine (CCAS). The town of Asnieres-sur-Seine is the coordinator of the group. The City of Asnieres-sur-Seine and its attached establishment (CCAS) are indifferently referred to as the city of Asnieres-sur-Seine in the documents.
