Description:
The City and the Municipal Social Action Center of Biscarrosse have jointly decided to enter into a public contract for the supply and delivery of meals via cold connection to children, adults and the elderly in the territory of BISCARROSSE. To this end, an order grouping agreement was signed between the City and the CCAS, the coordinator of which is the City. The consultation will lead to the conclusion of a framework agreement executed as purchase orders are issued. as provided for in articles L.2125-1-1°, R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the public procurement code. The framework agreement is concluded for an initial execution period of one (1) year from 06/01/2026. It is renewable by tacit renewal and by period of twelve months. The total duration of the framework agreement (initial period and renewals) cannot exceed four (4) years. Prices are established individually. They are revisable according to the conditions listed in the C.C.A.P. The framework agreement was concluded within the limits of : sans minimum and 1 000 000 € H.T./an maximum.
