Description:
The contract relates to supplies and delivery of meals in cold connection for children from 0 to 3 years old.
The services are putting on a particular importance insofar as infants and young children constitute a fragile population. Their diet is a element Essential for their health in general, their physical and intellectual development, then their future eating habits.
(Cf. Annex 1 and 1 bis of the CCTP).
The contract is concluded for a total period from from its notification until 12/31/2029.
Catering services, on the other hand, will start on January 1, 2026 (anniversary date).
This period between the date of starting the contract and the start date of the services will allow the holding of the preliminary meetings and the completion of all the missions necessary for the correct implementation of the new contract.
The decisions made during the launch meetings will be contractual (retro planning of the actions carried out, final technical sheets of the materials put in place, planning, etc.).
Market type: the form chosen for the execution of Contract is in order form with a minimum threshold (1,000,000 euro (s) HT) and a maximum threshold (2,200,000 Euro (s) HT) mono-attribute in application of article R2162-4 1 of the public procurement code.
