- Adapted procedure open subject to the provisions of articles L. 2123-1-2 and R. 2123-1-3 of the public procurement code (social services and other specific services).
The framework agreement with minimum and with maximum has enforced articles L2125-1 1 , R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public procurement code. It will give rise to the emission of purchase orders.
The services are divided into 2 lots:
Maximum amount for the total duration of the framework agreement in Euro (s) excl.
- lot n 1 mini amount: 800,000 euro (s) HT / maximum amount: 2,000,000 euros HT
- lot n 2 mini amount: 80,000 euro (s) excl.
Framework agreement concluded for a Initial period of 1 year from the date of notification of the contract. Tacit renewal 3 times 1 year.
For lot n 1, as part of execution From this market, two compulsory variants are to be presented concerning the organization of staff mobilized for lot n 1 in order to ensure the quality, continuity and performance of the expected service.
Mandatory variant n 1: organization based on the existing workforce of the municipality
Variant Compulsory n 2: Strengthening the organization by additional staff (payable by the holder)
Unauthorized free variant
Supply of meals for school catering and leisure center
Provision of meals for the CCAS portage service
