Description:
The purpose of this framework agreement is the supply and delivery of building materials and materials for insertion sites, and punctually to agencies' field staff.
The framework agreement is processed at unit prices revisable.
These supplies are the subject of decomposition by Next lots:
Lot 1 - Paintings, floor coverings, equipment and paint materials
Lot n 2 - Masonry, tiling.
The framework agreement is concluded for a period between January 1, 2026 and December 31, 2026.
In the event that the notification could not take place before the date of January 1, 2026, the effective effect of the framework agreement would then be fixed on the date of notification of it to the holder.
He tacitly renews himself annually at most 3 times per period of 1 year except denunciation 6 (six) months before the deadline by registered mail with acknowledgment of reception
