Description:
The procurement procedure used is open call for tenders. It is subject to the provisions of articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1 and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code. The framework agreement, single-awardee, concluded without minimum amount and with maximum amount, has been implemented of articles L.2125-1 1, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R.2162 14 of the Public Procurement Code. It will result in the issuance of purchase orders. Each framework agreement will be allocated to a single economic operator. The services are divided into 3 lots. Each batch will be the subject of a framework agreement. Applicants have the opportunity to submit offers for all lots. The framework agreement is concluded for a period starting from its notification date until December 31, 2026. The framework agreement will begin to be executed when the maximum amounts of the current framework agreements have been reached. The conditions for awarding services include elements of an environmental nature which take into account sustainable development objectives as follows: The company must detail the specific measures put in place to protect the environment, in particular to reduce the impact environmental in the production of materials and their delivery.
