Description:
The services are divided into 3 lots handled by separate framework agreements designated below:
- Lot No. 01 - Supply and delivery of equipment and chemicals for maintenance operations and workshop work in the Dordogne Departmental Park.
- Lot n 02 - Supply and delivery of bodywork products for vehicles and machinery in the Dordogne Departmental Park.
- Lot No. 03 - Supply and delivery of lubricants and derived products intended for the maintenance of vehicles and machinery in the Departmental Park.
The initial duration of each framework agreement is set at 1 year from the date of notification.
Each framework agreement may be renewed 3 times.
The renewal is tacit.
The services will be the subject of split framework agreements with purchase orders with a maximum value set in application of articles R. 2162-2 et seq., R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code.
The maximum amounts, per one-year execution period, are as follows:
- Lot 1: maximum amount per period is 40,000.00 euro(s) excluding tax.
- Lot 2: maximum amount per period is 60,000.00 euro(s) excluding tax.
- Lot 3: maximum amount per period is 100,000.00 euro(s) excluding tax
Each framework agreement will be concluded with a single economic operator
