Description:
The purpose of this contract is the delivery of previously ordered lunch packages for members of the staff of Levallois creches.
Currently, 17 early childhood establishments are spread throughout the City.
This contract is subject to the Code of Public Order. This document is referred to as the Code.
It is subject to the provisions of the CCAG Current Supplies and Services approved by Order of March 30, 2021. It is passed according to the market procedure to an adapted procedure opened in application of article R.2123-1 3 of the Code, its object constituting specific services, within the meaning of the notice of March 27, 2016 relating to public procurement contracts having as their object social services and other specific services.
It is qualified as a service contract and constitutes a framework agreement with purchase orders subject to the provisions of articles L.2125-1 and R.2162-1 to R.2162-6 of the Code.
This contract will be awarded to a single holder for a maximum duration of four years, renewals included.
As this is an open procedure, the maximum number of participants is not limited.
The total market value is 800,000 euro(s) excluding tax, taking into account its maximum duration and possible renewals, i.e. 200,000 euro(s) excluding tax per year, with no minimum amount
