Description:
Supply and delivery of frozen food products for the group of orders formed by the city of Arles and the city of Avignon.
Open tender (art L2124-2 of the code) in accordance with articles R2124-1, R2124-2 and R2161-2 to 5 of the code.
Mono-attribute framework agreement of supplies Executed by the emission of the purchase orders in accordance with articles R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the code broken down into two lots, without minimum amount and with a maximum amount for each member:
Lot 1: Arles: 750,000 Euro (s) HT / Avignon: 500,000 Euro (s) HT
Lot 2: Arles: 300,000 Euro (s) HT / Avignon : 300,000 Euro (s) HT
The estimated value indicated corresponds to the total estimated value of all members and lots combined and on total duration

Fisual products frozen
For the present lot, we mean by fishery products all the products from the sea and the rivers and all the related products containing at least 70%
