Description:
The estimated amounts are indicative and include all renewal periods.
This framework agreement concerns the supply and regular delivery of fresh bakery products, pastries and snack products, of different types, within the framework of the organization meetings, receptions indoors and outdoors (such as inaugurations, foundation stones, etc.).
The framework agreement with purchase orders, multi-awardee in cascade, will be executed by the issuance of successive purchase orders.
It is concluded for an initial period of one (1) year, tacitly renewable three (3) times for an equal duration, i.e. a maximum duration of four (4) years, corresponding to forty-eight (48) months.
The framework agreement has no minimum amount, but with a maximum amount set at 50,000 euros per year, i.e. a maximum total amount of 200,000 euros for the total duration of the contract.
THE contract may be renewed under the conditions provided for in the specifications.
The services will be remunerated on the basis of unit prices.
The market notification date is given for provisional purposes only.
