Description:
The purpose of this market is to purchase and delivery of foodstuffs in school kitchens and leisure centers managed by the Caisse des ecoles du 11e arrondissement de Paris (CDE 11), in order to ensure the public service for school and extracurricular.
Lot 1: Fruits and vegetables costs (4th and 5th range) labeled
The products offered for delivery must meet all the requirements of French and community health legislation and in particular those concerning the preparation, storage and transport of foodstuffs from organic farming.
All The products must be delivered, presented and labeled, in accordance with official texts and in particular the provisions:
- Directive 89/397 of June 14, 1989 relating to the official control of foodstuffs;
-articles R112-1 to R112-3 of the Consumer Code with regard to labeling and presentation of prepackaged foodstuffs;
- of the decree of December 21, 2009 relating to the health rules applicable to retail activities, storage and transport of animal products and foodstuffs containing it;
- standard AFNOR V 02-000 concerning labeling.
