Description:
The purpose of this framework agreement is the supply and delivery of foodstuffs meeting the needs of the seven Regional Apprentice Training Centers of the Provence Alpes Cote d'Aur Regional Chamber of Trades and Crafts (CMAR PACA) .
The needs are described in the SpecificationsSpecial Technical Clauses (CCTP) and BPUs per batch.
This framework agreement is concluded according to the formalized procedure. This is an open call for tenders, in accordance with the provisions of articles L 2124-1 and 2124-2 and R 2124-1 and R2124-2 and R2161-2 to R2161-5 of the public order code.e. The services give rise to a single awardee framework agreement which is executed by purchase orders, with no minimum and with a maximum in financial value per lot.
The framework agreement is broken down into eleven (11) lots defined by families of products.
The framework agreement is signed for a period of one (1) year tofrom May 1, 2024. It therefore takes effect from May 1, 2024. It is renewable three (3) times for a period of one (1) year.
Grocery
The purpose of lot 1 is the supply of grocery products such as: condiments, preserves, pasta, oils, sweeteners, breakfast productsner, rice, aperitif accompaniments, food aids, cereals, cereal-based products for all 7 CFARs of CMAR PACA.
Creamery, fresh products, dairy and egg products
Lot 2 aims to supply fresh products following: butter, creams, dairy desserts, cheeses, milk...
