- This market constitutes a multi-attribute or mono-attribute framework agreement according to the lots of the supply and exclusive delivery on the provisioning platform for provinated cheese cheese to cow's milk and dairy products with goat milk. He is registered In a set of twelve lots, divided between large -scale production and artisanal production. Lights 1 and 2, have the purpose of the supply and exclusive delivery on the Provins supply platform. Lots 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10, corresponding to productions Handicrafts, each subject to a mono-attribute framework agreement, concluded by lot and by predefined geographic sector (annex). The delivery of products relating to these lots must be provided directly to schools located in the geographic areas specified in Annex.
