- the Framework Agreement is concluded with the holders from the notification of the framework agreement until December 31, 2027.

This is a multi-awardee framework agreement in the form of subsequent contracts in application ofArticles L. 2125-1 1, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-12 of the Public Order Code without minimum amounts and with a maximum over the duration of the framework agreement of 100 Gwh. The first five (5) candidates maximum, whose offers have been judged to be the most economically advantageous, will be accepted.ord-framework is the subject of a command group associating both the Sicoval urban community (coordinator of the group) and other buyers.
