The framework agreement includes the following services:
- the complete supply of energy to the delivery points defined in the Market,
- access to public electricity and natural gas distribution networks and their uses under a single contract,
- the mission of balance manager in accordance with article L.321-15 of the Energy Code,
- customer relations with the identification of a contact person dedicated to the purchasing center and its members allowing the organization of periodic meetings,
- the provision of an online service to manage the energy budget and control expenses and consumption.
The scope of this framework agreement covers all electricity delivery points (PDL) of the members of the group and covering all tariff options. (C2, C3, C4, C5).
The scope of this framework agreement covers all natural gas metering and estimation points (PCE) of members of the purchasing center and covering all tariff options. (T1 to T3)
