Description:
In accordance with articles R2162-1 and following CCP, this consultation is organized with a view to the allocation of a framework agreement, the object of which is to establish the terms governing the markets which will be made on its basis. The purpose of this framework agreement is to establish the terms governing the marketsSubsequent to pass for the supply, electricity routing and associated services, the mission of balance manager. The delivery points of the C1 segment of lot n 1, do not include the routing which is directly contracted by each contracting authority with the manager ofDistribution network (Enedis) or the transport network (RTE). The framework agreement will be increased by the central purchasing center of the Metropolis of Lyon. It may be used by members of the previously identified purchase power station, namely: - The Metropolis of Lyon and all colleges, member ofThe central purchasing (existing or future colleges will be able to reach the power station at any time for the duration of this framework agreement); - EPGL water management; - The departmental and metropolitan service of fire and rescue (SDMIS). - SEM LPA, for the parking lot that she will manage underPlace Beraudier The perimeters concerned are evolving during the execution of subsequent markets according to the acquisitions, transfers or demolitions of the heritage of each member of the Purchase Central.Metro...
