non-alcoholic: carbonated and non-carbonated mineral waters, fruit juices, sodas, sweetened drinks, energy drinks, fruit syrups
alcoholic beverages: beers, spirits, cider
three times for a period of twelve months, tacitly, without its total duration, renewal periods included, being able to exceed four years.
The Framework Agreement is entered into without a minimum and with a maximum amount in value of €250,000 excluding tax/year.
